OFFICE
The last components to be added to the Cityplace community will be office and hotel. Key freeway frontage sites have been maintained by Cityplace Company, the master developer, to accommodate these uses. On the remaining three sites fronting the west side of North Central Expressway over 2,000,000 square feet of mixed-use development – including retail, office, hotel and residential will be built.

This 250,000 sq. ft. building will serve as the headquarters for the Dallas-based advertising agency; and will include 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor.
