MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

Taken as a whole Cityplace is a 160 acre mixed-use project which includes over 3 million square feet of residential property, 500,000 square feet of retail and 1.6 million square feet of office space.
 
At the heart of Cityplace is the West Village District in which every project is a mix of two or more uses. All of the remaining undeveloped sites are zoned mixed-use, and most if not all future buildings will contain a retail, office and residential components. Hotel use may also be introduced.

West Village

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT

Plans are underway to develop two new mixed use properties in Cityplace. Each will retain the pedestrian-friendly architecture that makes our area unique with ground floor retail and office/residential space above. Preliminary information includes:

  • Two 20-story residential towers with retail and office at the base totaling almost 400,000 square feet on site 7A currently occupied by the Hank Haney Golf Center.
